Polish cartoonists sketched at the request of the new Giulia Alfa Romeo Centro Stile

Exhibition Auto Show Poland 2010 is not attracted many visitors. Perhaps the reason was the opening at the same time, a sensational Copernicus Center, and general fatigue may be harassed by traffic jams in the automotive Warsaw. After all, stand DesignForum vibrant as usual, with his life. From different sides Polish attracted almost 30 young cartoonists, including a large group of students to meet our special guest, who was Italian Alessandro stylist Maccolini the Centro Stile Alfa Romeo - responsible for the design of the new Giulietta. The stand was decorated with two new and one historical Giulietta Giulietta Spider symbolizing the 100th anniversary of Alfa Romeo.

Alessandro Maccolini presented its achievements, current trends in shaping the Ferraris and the general principle prevailing in this - as it turns out - not at all a difficult profession. In general we can say that he tried to cheer up our rysownikom while explicitly signaled the need for continuous upgrading of skills, confrontation skills, and persist in keeping with his passion. How great it is, you could see on the site made during the drawing contest. Alessandro Maccolini asked to draw their own vision of the Giulietta. Although not too much time and do not necessarily dream conditions for creative work - according to our jury - was a lot of work worthy of attention. Whether you're drawn in visions of a conservative, or a completely gas - all had one thing in common - once they could see his face and scratches typical of Alfa Romeo.

The winning work was Luke Lewandowski from Bialystok, and the second place was the vision of Luke Nowicki from Warsaw. For the six awards given Adrian Lagow (Łykoszyn), Thomas Prygiel (Kielce), Tomasz Marcinkiewicz (Siemiatycze), Konrad upper (Cieszyn), Luke Myszyński (Turek) and Richard Szymanski (Jelcz-Laskowice). Additional award received just a month which weighed only daughter Natalia Chachuj (New York). Prizes and gifts funded by Fiat Auto Poland, edited by AutoRok, and comes with the prize consisted of, among others, found a car donated by RC 1:10 Scale Model Shop and Toy World - Blue City in Warsaw.

Although Alessandro Maccolini would like to spend more time with our rysownikami, have to go back to Turin, because hard working on another model of Alfa. Fortunately, this did not end our contacts . Alessandro said again about the competition, which will be held remotely through the site www.designforum.pl

The theme of the contest is the Alfa Romeo Giulia - and so the car larger than the Giulietta. Participation can take it all, whose passion is to draw and design cars. Entries can be made by drawing or computer-created. It was important to complete the project, namely the side, front, back, so. przodobok and tyłobok (perhaps you should also do a sketch of the interior variety of body styles and possibly).

At work we'll be waiting until the end of December 2010. At the beginning of January 2011 will evaluate them and choose Alessandro Maccolini winning work. In the author's already waiting attractive surprise.

I was impressed by the work of Luke Nowicki from Warsaw - especially the front lights and the placement of the scudetto, and massive air intakes.
